Faith Technologies Hires Vance Brison as President of Faith Technologies University
Appleton, Wis. (May 28, 2019) – Faith Technologies, an energy expert and national leader in electrical planning, engineering, design and installation, has hired Vance Brison as president of Faith Technologies University, headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin, and with locations in Georgia, Kansas and Oklahoma.
Faith Technologies University headquarters is a 35,600-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility where Faith Technologies houses its apprenticeship program, including the new high school pre-apprentice program, as well as learning and career enhancement opportunities for its employees. The facility includes five training rooms, 15 classrooms and 10 labs to help students and employees develop and grow in their roles.
Brison is responsible for defining, creating and implementing a global learning and development strategy for the organization, as well as supporting specific training and development initiatives.
With 19 years of experience in directing corporate education strategies, managing training teams and providing consultation services, Brison will champion Faith’s culture of organized and continuous learning.
Brison comes to Faith Technologies University from Fifty First Idea Consulting LLC, where he spent the past three years as a learning consultant for several Fortune 500 companies. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Missouri.
