(Aug. 8 2019) – Faith Technologies, an energy expert and national leader in electrical planning, engineering, design and installation, is honored to have two employees recognized among the top 2019 Women in Construction presented by Constructech, for their innovation, passion, tech-savvy minds and work toward making the industry a better place.

  • Adrienne Carlson is currently the lead preconstruction manager on a campus expansion project for the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. With her unique background and experience working for a national nuclear laboratory, Carlson is keenly aware of what is possible with technology and how it can be integrated into the built environment. Carlson is involved with her community and provides students with job shadowing experiences to introduce them to careers in the construction technology world.
  • Jennifer Giese began with Faith as an electrician and worked her way up to a field technology tool lead, responsible for setting up and monitoring multiple jobs. With her experience as an Army National Guard ammunitions warrant officer, she has applied her experience, work ethic and dedication with Faith for more than 20 years, exuding success from the very start.

“Adrienne and Jennifer leverage technology every day in their jobs while working on some of the most successful projects in our industry,” Mike Jansen, CEO said. “They are leaders in our organization and are blazing trails in our industry,  and Faith Technologies is proud to have them on our team.”

“The Women in Construction are true examples of stalwartness in an industry that is primarily dominated by men,” Peggy Smedley, editorial director of Constructech magazine and president of Specialty Publishing Media, said. “These forward-thinking women are aspiring for more than just a paycheck. What makes them truly stand out is how they inspire all women to persevere and are dedicated to helping the industry thrive as a whole. I am so pleased to be recognizing them for their successes.”
