Faith Technologies Prepares Workforce for the Future

Menasha, Wis. (Nov. 12, 2019) – Faith Technologies, an energy expert and national leader in electrical planning, engineering, design and installation, recently graduated 36 employees from its inaugural ICIAN training program, designed to prepare its workforce for customers’ future needs. The ICIAN training program, derived from the word ‘electrician,’ provides education in smart factories, smart energy, smart buildings, LEAN techniques, safety, business structure and more, to help ICIANs provide increased value to Faith’s customers.

“The team members who go through our new ICIAN training program are equipped to partner with our customers,” said Wade Leipold, director of solutions strategy. “Our ICIANs’ electrical backgrounds, paired with the robust 10- to 12-week training, gives them the skills to provide specialized technical and analytical value to customers.”

Many businesses struggle to find and retain skilled talent, especially those who specialize in technical areas such as connected buildings, industrial automation and energy solutions. Through Faith’s in-house training, ICIANs are able to provide electrical services, as well as collect and analyze data on building, plant and process performance to help customers realize more efficient workplaces.

“At Faith, we want to provide growth for our employees and for our customers,” said Tom Clark, Faith Technologies’ president of solutions. “Our ICIAN training program provides a new career route and advancement opportunities for our team members and provides customers with trusted advisors to help them make smart business decisions for growth.”
