Faith Technologies Announces Strategic Executive Leadership Team Additions in Support of Continued Expansion and Growth

Electrical Contracting Leader Names Julie Piton as Chief Financial Officer and Jim Totzke as Executive Vice President – Operations

Menasha, Wis. (July 17, 2014) – Faith Technologies, a leading electrical and specialty systems contractor, announced today the recent expansion of its executive team. Julie Piton joined as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Jim Totzke joined as Executive Vice President – Operations. The addition of these two executive leaders signals a continued focus on growing the business and the momentum of Faith Technologies’ brand, with 2013 revenues exceeding $350 million. Together Piton and Totzke bring more than 40 years of experience in building high-performing teams and implementing and driving long-term growth strategies.

In her role at as CFO, Piton brings more than 20 years of financial experience and will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of Faith Technologies’ financial and information technology operations. As one of the top leaders in the company, she will act as a key advisor to the CEO and the board of directors on strategic and financial matters. Piton has more than 10 years of executive financial experience, and most recently served as the CFO for Coating Excellence International. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Executive Vice President – Operations:  Jim Totzke
Jim Totzke, Executive Vice President - Operations
Totzke joins Faith Technologies as the Executive Vice President – Operations and is responsible for maximizing operational efficiencies including increasing profitability within the company’s supply chain management, prefabrication and purchasing functions. Additionally, Totzke is leading Faith Technologies’ lean initiative. He will provide training and help implement lean methodologies throughout the organization. Prior to joining Faith Technologies, Totzke held numerous leadership roles with Illinois Tool Works, Inc. (ITW) at various U.S. locations since 1996, most recently serving as the Director of Global Operations – Welding Group. He received both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and CPA.
