As the former Vice President and General Manager of Excellerate, Dane was responsible for developing and managing the operational strategies of the business unit. He collaborated with the preconstruction, operations and financial teams, as well as the supplier base to develop and implement initiatives to integrate manufacturing principles within Excellerate.

Dane joined Faith Technologies in 2014, and had been in the manufacturing industry for more than 15 years. He had extensive experience leading manufacturing operations through process improvement, employee engagement, and driving lean manufacturing principles.
