As national safety director, James is responsible for ensuring the safety of Faith Technologies employees, clients and sub-contractors. This is accomplished with a team of safety professionals through coordination, administration and implementation of comprehensive training programs in occupational, industrial and environmental safety. Some of his other responsibilities include supporting operational teams, coaching/encouraging safe behaviors, job hazard analysis, incident investigation, root cause analysis, field audits and regulatory compliance verifications.

James joined Faith Technologies in 2019. He holds master and journeyman electrician licenses for Colorado and Idaho and is an OSHA 500 authorized trainer for the 29 CFR Part 1926 construction standards. Through the university of Alabama, James became a certified trainer on electrical safety for qualified electrical workers.

Outside of work, James enjoys traveling, camping, big game hunting, anything on the water, and spending time around campfires with family and friends.
