As a project manager, Jason was responsible for providing general management of electrical and specialty systems construction projects, and overseeing staff. He identified and generated new business, and established and maintained customer relationships. Jason planned, organized and staffed electrical/automation/MES construction projects to ensure that projects were completed safely, on time, with high quality and according to customer expectations. He also interacted with crew, customers and general contractors to ensure proper job progress and to support and encourage safe behavior.
Prior to joining Faith, Jason served in the United States Army as a Battalion Logistics Officer S4, with previous roles as Company Executive Officer and Platoon Leader. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial and systems engineering from Auburn University.
