Jim Bell

Communications Specialist

As a communications specialist, Jim serves as an ambassador to the employees of Faith Technologies by supporting the transition to one company versus several small companies. As an arbiter of the organization’s values, Jim assesses the organization’s culture, climate, and morale. He serves as a sounding board for employees, and conducts meetings to educate and reinforce their understanding of any changes that are occurring within the organization.

In Jim’s leadership mentoring and coaching, he often quotes authors Zig Ziglar (“You can get anything you want, if you will help enough other people get what they want”) and Stephen R. Covey (“Seek first to understand, then to be understood”). Jim is a graduate of Arkansas State University with a B.S. in Education and a licensed Master Electrician. He and his family live in Madison, Wisconsin.
