As a group manager, Marv provides the overall vision and direction for the specialty systems group. Some of Marv’s responsibilities include developing the products and services that Faith Technologies provides to its customers, development of training platforms/apprenticeship for employees, oversee large proposals and projects, vendor/customer relationships, and mentoring of the specialty systems project managers.

Marv came to Faith Technologies in 1991 after working in the manufacturing industry as an electronics technician. Faith Technologies has provided him with many opportunities to expand his knowledge and background, which attributes to the wide breadth of services that Faith Technologies currently offers to its customers.

When not at work, Marv enjoys fishing and building projects with his teenage boys (like air cannons, catapults and lately a small scale wind turbine out of an old treadmill motor).
