As a former member of Faith Technologies’ business development team, Mike was responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong relationship with customers to ensure the Faith Technologies team thoroughly understands the customer’s needs. Some of Mike’s other responsibilities included maintaining relations with existing customers and key project team members to monitor customer satisfaction throughout the duration of a project.
