ICIAN® Program Reaches Milestone

Faith Technologies Incorporated’s ICIAN® program recently reached a significant achievement that truly exemplifies our commitment to innovation, growth and excellence. We take great pride in celebrating the continued growth of the program – the technICIAN of the future – to a remarkable milestone: 100 talented and dedicated skilled team members completing our specialized program and supporting our customers and partners!

In 2019 when the vision of the ICIAN specialist became clear, we had a daunting task: train individuals in areas that were still being identified and place them with customers in multiple industries to demonstrate the value a true partner can bring. Our specific focus on leading with energy, smart buildings and smart plants coupled with our uncompromised focus on safety were the building blocks of the program. I am happy to announce we ‘knocked it out of the park,’ to coin my favorite baseball phrase.

The 100 ICIAN milestone is a testament to the collective efforts, hard work and passion that each and every one of the ICIAN students has brought to the program. Our journey so far has been marked by challenges, triumphs and a relentless pursuit of excellence. As we reflect on this accomplishment, it’s also essential to acknowledge the incredible dedication and contributions made by the training team and all those involved in supporting the ICIAN learning tracks. We’re also grateful to our customers and partners who have put their trust in our ICIAN team members and integrated them into their operations.
