Scott Haldiman
ICIAN Program Director
As director of the ICIAN program at Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI), Scott is responsible for leading, mentoring and coaching FTI’s ICIAN specialists, ensuring coordination and collaboration throughout FTI’s Solutions team. Scott works to attract and retain our ICIANs, as well as continuing to optimize curriculum and drive strategic placement with clients and partners.
Scott rejoined the organization in early 2023 and previously held roles within project management, preconstruction and in our training area, after beginning his FTI career as a journeyman electrician. He received his Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies from Pass Christian University. Scott is a veteran of the United States Navy.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys fishing, hunting, golf, and spending time with his family.
