
Scott Haldiman
Preconstruction Manager
As a Preconstruction Manager, Scott is the key interface between the preconstruction group and the operations group on design-build, design-assist, and integrated projects. He is responsible for designing and developing value-added technical pricing and design solutions from concept through completion of detailed drawings, in addition to establishing companywide design standards and monitoring and ensuring that those standards are adhered to.
Scott joined Faith Technologies in 2005 as an electrical helper, and transitioned to journeyman electrician. He has held positions in the demand service market, purchasing, learning and development, and estimating departments, and was recently selected as a Subject Matter Expert in the electrical field for the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). Scott holds a Masters Electrician License in five states, and is a certified NCCER Master Trainer. He is an avid outdoorsman, and loves to hunt and fish.
