As the former Director of Compliance and Compensation, Courtney was responsible for the administration and management of Faith Technologies’ employment-law compliance and compensation programs. She planed, developed, and revised both compliance and compensation plans to ensure that they are current with legal regulations and strategic corporate direction.

Courtney is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She is a graduate of Missouri State University, where she obtained her masters and bachelor’s degrees in business administration.

Courtney is active in many local and national human resource and construction industry associations. Outside of work she enjoys cooking, the arts, and spending time with her family.
