Regional Training Supervisor
As a Regional Training Supervisor, Jon was responsible for leading the successful implementation and delivery of apprenticeship, technical, and/or trade-related training and services. This included ongoing coaching and development of technical training consultants, coordination and facilitation of classes (i.e. QuickStart, apprenticeship, and other trade-related classes), design and development of technical or trade-related curriculum, jobsite audits, and on-site/jobsite coaching and training.
Jon was with Faith Technologies from 2009-2018 and is a graduate of Fox Valley Technical College’s electrical apprenticeship program.
