Jill Hermans
Executive Vice President of Talent
As the Executive Vice President of Talent, Jill was responsible for providing leadership and coordinating talent-related strategies with an emphasis on workforce planning and recruitment, succession planning and retention, and employee/ leadership development. In her role, she developed and implemented long-term talent strategies that dovetailed with company strategy.
Jill was with Faith Technologies from 2009-2020. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Communication with an emphasis in Business. She is a certified MBTI® practitioner, has obtained her Hogan Assessment Certification, and is also certified in the Information Mapping of design and documentation.
